Ljupko Petrovic to Take over Steaua Bucuresti
Litex's coach has received offers even from China
"Ljupko Petrovic may leave his present team - Litex, and take over Romanian FC Steaua," Serbian newspaper Vecerni novosti, revealed.
According to the edition, Petrovic, who won the Cup Winners' Cup with Crvena zvezda, has also received offers from China.
Petrovic admitted that he was more likely to sign a contract with FC Steaua.
Steaua's former coach, Oleg Protassov, left vacant the post of head-coach at the beginning of December as he accepted Dnipro's (Dnipropetrovsk) offer.
It was namely Litex, which eliminated Dnipro from the UEFA Cup tournament after a win (2:0) in Dnipropetrovsk.
